Looking at redoing my cardio routine

today I weighed in at 237 and had indian food whic I assumed was about 1400 calories. I need to be more conisstent with workouts, but am working on it.

Redoing my 45 minute workout instead of doing 2 minute intervals making them 1 minute intervals and adding different exercises for cardio kickboxing. Here's the plan:

1 minute intervals of:

side to side, burpees,

jumping jacks, mountain climbers,

high knees, supine bicycle,

ski slalom, unweighted squats,

high jumpers, long jump.

I'll put up later how this workout goes. My heart rate and calories burned.

My last cardio workout burned  1263 + 301 = 1564 calories.
